Thompson Electric Company of Sioux Falls has started work, this spring, on the Madison Community Hospital in Madison, SD. This is a new hospital that has 22 rooms, 2 operating rooms and will have a clinic as part of the hospital. The entire hospital and clinic is a single story, 110,000 sq. ft. facility that is scheduled to be completed by August 2015. The hospital will be owned by the City of Madison with a cost of approximately $30 million.
The general contractor for the hospital is Sioux Falls Construction and TSP is the architect. Thompson Electric has completed several projects throughout the years with both Sioux Falls Construction and TSP. The Thompson Electric team for the project is, Mike Anderson, project manager and Dustin Houser, field foreman. Mike has been with Thompson Electric for 17 years and Dustin have been with Thompson Electric for 11 years.
