The Orpheum had an issue with a crystal chandelier in their Green Room…one of the light sockets wasn’t working. So a call was placed to Thompson Electric to fix the problem. The light was taken down and brought to the shop in Sioux City. It was determined that the chandelier had a bad light socket and needed to be replaced. So, Corey painstakingly took each one of the crystals off and replaced the light socket. The crystals and ornate metal work makes this a very unique and historical piece.
The light has been re-installed in the Green Room, so next time you’re at the Orpheum, look up and admire the sparkle.
